ENROLLMENT

Enrollment for the 2024-25 School year is open to the public!

  • Why Choose Sacred Heart Catholic School?

At Sacred Heart Catholic School (SHCS), we focus on developing character: honesty, responsibility, kindness, fairness, caring, and respect in the school and in life. We focus on creating an awareness of each child’s own spirituality, cultivated by well-founded Catholic morality and saintly example. Families are our partners in education and their homes the “domestic Church.” Our role is to support the primary work of the families in teaching their children and raising them.

What you can expect at SHCS:

    • Low Student/Teacher Ratio
    • Safe and structured classrooms
    • Daily prayer, weekly mass, and a faith-based education
    • Weekly enrichment classes such as P.E., Music, Art, Library, and Computers
    • Science Fair, English Expo, and National History Day
    • Service activities
    • Student Choir
    • School garden and greenhouse
    • Parental involvement is encouraged and welcomed
    • Respectful, family-like atmosphere

  • Enrollment Information & Process

Our enrollment process begins with priority enrollment of current students and their siblings, followed by open enrollment to the public for available seats in each grade. Waiting lists will be created for grades that reach the limit.

Before a transfer student is accepted, the principal will review the student’s records from their previous school. A satisfactory academic and conduct record from the prior school is essential. As a private school, the teaching-learning environment may not be designed to accommodate the needs of all children.
